Description of the problem | I already have filed a complaint about this matter. I found that chrysler has agreed to replace fuel tanks as a recall on his vehicle on feb. 10,2014 , pe13016. Recall letters to be sent out starting jan. 2014. I have not received a letter. I called chrysler (1-800-247-9753) they are not aware of this recall. I questioned this and the operator (employer #[xxx] had no answer. I have a case # with them #[xxx]. And although the nhtsa thinks this is not a safety problem i beg to differ. This car has stalled after refueling at speeds up to 55 mph or faster. This is a $1500 or more repair i was told & would like to have chrysler take care of this.
