Description of the problem | After refilling the gas tank of my 2006 300c chrysler, it stumbles as though it is no longer getting enough fuel. There is a definite and serious loss of power, with concern for our safety as we exit the gas station and reenter traffic. There is a sense that the engine is struggling and would stall. The loss of power repeats several more times as we drive further from the gas station. This problem has presented itself almost every time we refuel and is cause for real concern for our safety. Based on advice from other 300c owners, we plan to no longer fill the tank, but stop at about the 3/4 mark. This does not seem to be a very effective solution to a genuine safety issue. |
