Description of the problem	I can no longer fill my gas tank to the "full" level , if i do, my car randomly stalls out while driving or making any kind of turn, with out any warning or notification in the dash board . Also if i top off my gas tank the inside of my smells strongly of fuel , as it is leaking inside some how .
