Description of the problem	A multitude of different issues with the transmission; transmission will experience delayed shifts (or delays when shifting into reverse, drive or any other gear then vehicle will clunk into gear), harsh shifting, random down shifting while driving and slamming into gear, squeaking noise when shifting from reverse to drive. Took the vehicle into the dealership for servicing where they looked over, they noticed the issues and ran software updates on my shifter and for the transmission. The problem still persisted so the tech contacted fca and they informed the dealership that "it's supposed to do that." this is not the norm of any transmission.
