Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 chrysler 200. While driving various speeds and decelerating, the vehicle started to pull and all the warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. In addition, while driving, the vehicle lost power without warning. Once restarted, the vehicle was able to drive normally. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that it needed an oil change. The vehicle was later taken to posner park chrysler dodge jeep ram fiat (located at 42650 us-27, davenport, fl 33837, (863) 438-3333) where it was diagnosed that the battery failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,428. |
