Description of the problem	I purchased this vehicle as a gm certified used vehicle in late december 2010. Nov26'11 @ 37,395 miles the front brake pads were replaced and the front brake rotors were resurfaced. In may 2012, i was rear ended at stop light and a couple of days later, i started experiencing shaking when applying the brakes and was told it was a maintenance issue when taken in for repair. Jun15'12 the front brake rotors were replaced. Nov30'12 vehicle taken in for service once more with same complaint of shaking when applying brakes or when coasting - front disc brake pads were replaced and front brake rotors were resurfaced. It is now may'13 (52k mi) and i am experiencing the same issues once more, however the shaking is much worse to the point it feels as if the front wheels will come off while braking. I contacted dealer to get service history, and found that this issue was present before i purchased the car.
