Description of the problem | I took my car to the dearler in waldorf maryland when i went to pick up my car i noticed the front end was down, i drove like i was on a tractor. It was not this way when i dropped it off. I have 3 different people that can vouch for this. The dealer ship nor gm will give me an answer. The asst ser mgt said if the mechanic failed to say something he apologized . When on the phone with gm the dealer ship would not talk to me on the phone for an explaintion but said we did nothing to your car but would not ralk on the phone only proving to be hiding something of the truth. |
