Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet traverse. The contact was driving approximately 65 mph with the air conditioner activated when suddenly without warning, the air conditioner blower failed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnosis and they were unable to locate the problem. The failure recurred for the second time and the vehicle was taken to a different dealer who suggested immediately after the failure, that the engine be turned off and restarted to reset the air conditioner blower.
