Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet traverse. The contact stated that while driving, she noticed a bell ringing inside the vehicle and the temperature gauge was rising. The contact called the dealership who stated that the emission system may have been the cause of the failure. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealership where the vehicle was located at the time of the complaint; a mechanic stated that the problem was mostly likely in relation to the electrical system. The contact called the manufacturer and asked to return the vehicle; the manufacturer refused. The current and failure mileages were approximately 150. |
