Description of the problem	The first problem is that the second row, middle seat belt gets stuck after putting the row down flat. You have to put the row up and down a few times for it to start working. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. I read about recalls on the model of my vehicle and this issue is listed as one of the recalls. Chevrolet and gm insist that my "vin#" is not listed under the recalls, so it has to be diagnosed and dealt with as a normal problem. This is listed as a safety hazard with the recall because it may not restrain as it should, god forbid, during an accident. The second problem is there is a leak in the cargo hold. Whenever it rains, (a little or a lot, it doesn't matter) water pools in the cargo hold. This is a safety hazard because now the vehicle smells of mold. There are many other problems as well. There is a problem with one of the tire sensors, the car shakes and the check engine light is on.
