Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that the radio and the entire instrument panel failed. The contact also stated that he would smell gasoline while driving the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer for inspection where they stated that a sensor for the throttle body needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection of the radio and they stated that the could not locate any issues with the radio. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 70,000. |
