Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban. Whenever the contact turned on the radio while the vehicle was off, she noticed that the battery would fail within a 2 - 10 minute period causing the contact to continually have to replace the battery. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the battery needed to be replaced, however the contact continued to experience the failure. The current and failure mileages were 40,000. |
