Description of the problem | Truck was took to gm shop for vibration in power train replaced rear propeller shaft. I drove truck 60 miles home same vibration took back to shop. Took inst. Tec. And transmission tec. For ride both said yes you have a vibration and a hard up and down shift at 20 to 30 mph. Nothing done at this time called shop foreman and he said would get field engineer involved not heard from them since. Filed a complaint with gm case # 71-1359113487 have not herd from them. Vibration has got worse it will vibrate at any constant speed from 0 to 60 along with a rumbling sound plus the hard down and up shift. 7117 miles on truck now i feel it is getting unsafe to drive. For if it locks up going down the road at 60 mph in heavy traffic what is going to happen am i going to keep it under control. |
