Description of the problemI noted the recall on the chevy silverado's for anti-lock brake activation at slow speeds. The article only noted up through 2002 vehicles. I have a 2003 silverado 1500 and i note the issue. The antilock activates around 10 to 20 mph as i enter a turn lane for a gas station i use. There is a ripple series of bumps in the turn lane. If i forget and am on the brakes, the braking effect seems to drop about 50%. The first couple of times i nearly rolled through the intersection due to not understanding the brakes and what had happened. If there had been another car in the intersection i probably would have hit them. Perhaps you need to look at the 2003 silverados also in your investigation.
