Description of the problem | Recently purchased vehicle with 1035 odometer miles. On 3/6/20, brakes failed while driving on a city street-pedal went soft to the floor. When vehicle was restarted, a c/s check engine light was illuminated. Drove directly to chevrolet dealership for service. Did not receive notice of recall prior to the brake failure. Repairing dealership indicated that repair was performed under chevrolet's customer satisfaction program. Received postcard notification of recall from purchase dealership on 3/25/20. |
