Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 chevrolet silverado 1500. The contact stated that the power steering was faulty and the steering wheel seized. The contact had to let the vehicle roll down the driveway in order for the steering wheel to unlock. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that a new rack and pinion needed to be installed. The vehicle was repaired three times within three months.
