Description of the problem | Please note my vehicle was not in an accident. I received an airbag recall notice via the mail this past summer and i checked to see whether or not my vehicle qualifies for this recall via the airbagrecall. Com website and it does. I contacted my local chevrolet dealer a few times since receiving this notice this past summer, but each time they have informed me that i will receive a second letter notifying me of when the parts will be available. My concern is the www. Airbagrecall. Com website states this needs to be taken care of by november 1, 2018 in order for my vehicle to qualify for this airbag replacement. Please direct me on next step information along with timing for when this replacement can be made. |
