Description of the problem | After i backed out of my driveway i started down the street and when i applied the brakes the brake pedal started to pulse and i had to really push hard to get the truck to slow down. Above 35 mph the brakes worked fine. This is the second time this vehicle has been for this same trouble. It happened around 20,000 miles and the dealer took care of the problem. The problem is the abs sensor. It gets dirty and either has to be cleaned or replaced. This can be very dangerous at slow speeds, under 35 mph. I was told there are no recalls. It was repaired at a chevrolet dealer. |
