Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2005 chevrolet silverado 1500. The contact stated that the heater fan resistor melted. The dealer diagnosed that the wiring harness needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure was not remedied. The failure mileage was 100,000.
