Description of the problem | At 57,055 my 2005 chevy silverado speedometer quit working and since i had received a letter about a class action suit i referred to this letter however it only covered the 2003 and 2004 models. I feel that the speedometer is an essential part in the safety of a vehicle and therefore am paying my $200 deductible to have the speedometer fixed under my extended warranty plan, but i also feel that gm is aware of that this problem extends beyond the 2004 models and is failing in their customer service by not extending the warranty to cover all affected vehicles. |
