Description of the problem	Was driving normally when i came to a stop light. Instead of the speedometer dropping down to zero it stayed a 60 mph. The speedometer bounced up and down for awhile and now it just stays stuck on 150 mph. Every once in awhile it will drop down to 90 mph, but then gets stuck back on 150 mph when i start driving again.
