Description of the problem	Late evening, i was driving in a busy suburban street wher the speed limit is 35mph. It was raining lightly, soon after start raining havily. I switched the winshield wiper to high speed and the winshield wipers stopped working. I could no longer see where i was going and almost got into an accident. I manage to stop on the side of the road and wait for the rain to stop.. Plastic bushing came off from windshield wiper railing. The car has 61,000 miles.
