Description of the problem | Replace engine at 54,204 miles and had 11 oil changes. Was told i didn't change oil enough or checked levels at every fuel fillup. Also was told notice was sent out that computer needed to be reset to alert for more frequent oil changes, which was done at time on engine replacement. Letter was sent to me last month stating i may be due reimbursement but after i dropped of all paperwork at dealership where car was bought last month, i checked last week and they can't find paperwork and nobody has called back to tell me what to do next. Total incompetency by the dealer as they told me that my vehicle wasn't even registered as being bought at this dealer. |
