Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 chevrolet equinox. While driving various speeds, a knocking noise was heard coming from the engine without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that there was a failure with the piston ring, which caused excessive oil consumption. The vehicle was not repaired.
