Description of the problem	The car started glitching and all of the warning lights were going on and off while i was driving. The wipers and turn signals were flashing as well. Following all of this the motor shut down and i had to put the car in neutral and restart it while exiting the highway. The car has since been parked and if i go to start it again it begins with the wipers acting own their own and if it does start the motor runs very rough and stalls with no warning. Also while all this is happening the throttle pedal has no response to the motor.
