Description of the problem	Throttle position sensor. Check engine light came on car started blogging down dropping rpms while driving, as i came to a complete stop the car would drop rpms and then go above then normal idle rpms but seemed to want to go while my foot was on the break. . When the car is off the code is reading the throttle position at 16. 5% when it should be at zero! When the car is on the throttle position reads at 40% not 100%. It is a huge concern considering the throttle can get stuck at any point and their goes my life as well as my 2 year olds life.
