Description of the problem | Chevrolet and pontiac cannot do a diagnostic unless we pay the cost on what ever vehicle being recalled. They told us to schedule a diagnostic test and pay for it and any necessary repairs also. They also said the vehicles warranties has expired. So the defects are the customers fault for purchasing their products. They have us pending for and unknown reason. When they first called they did mention a $500. 00 voucher or a new car, but that came to pass also. Someone name .... Regional supervisor told us that, and it was all lies. We still pending.... This is a follow up claim # 8-4866033982. |
