Description of the problem | Trunk has a button to release and open it, the design by gm has caused moisture to easily get inside, the other issue is how the buttons are installed, mine had a strong epoxy so it made the repair impossible with out a new trim piece. If you look at the chevy cruze it is the piece that has the license plate lights, in the middle is the trunk button, i did call gm and they didn't seem to care, this trunk issue has been an ongoing nuisance for alot of consumers.
