Description of the problem	While driving long distances on straight highways the steering wheel becomes extremely difficult to turn. Gm issued a special coverage adjustment #14232a for power steering stick-slip that lists 2011-2014 chevrolet cruze models, but when gm searches this specific vin it does not list an available service bulletin. Contacted gm to have the vehicle repaired per the special coverage adjustment but was informed that it wasn't covered per the vin search. All the criteria match the bulletin (year, make, model, time and mileage) and the known safety defect by gm , and should be covered under the above-mentioned service bulletin.
