Description of the problem | The car was taken in to be routinely serviced and it was noticed that there was an oil leak. The dealership only provide a temporary fix. Trying to get an apt as a followup was pointless, because the dealership indicated that they were busy. Well, the car caught fire and the serv ice dept. Refused to acknowledge that there was a problem and that they were too busy the car was being driven on a highway, there was a popping sound, and then the car caught fire. |
