Description of the problem | The intake manifold design on the turbo engines are faulty and fail every 40,000 miles or so. Gm is aware of this issue and yet there is no attempt to redesign the intake manifold. The check valve in the intake manifold is what fails to work. The check valve stops sealing and eventually disappears causing a leak. There is even a bulletin describing the issue but yet no fix by gm. What does it take to force gm to fix their faulty designed product? |
