Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 chevrolet cruze. The contact stated that the service engine and service stability traction control warning indicators kept illuminating. The dealer (tim short chevrolet, 500 thompson hollow, williamson, ky 41503, (606) 237-1220) who sold the vehicle was made aware that the failure had progressed within a week of ownership; however, no diagnostic testing was provided. The vehicle was not diagnosed by a dealer or an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The manufacturer advised that the vehicle be taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing. The failure mileage was not available. |
