Description of the problem | Driving home at 9pm on a high speed/traffic highway, we had all electricity/steering suddenly go out, then when it came back on popped up with a "service stabilitrak " message. Luckily, it came back on before a wreck but scared all of us to pieces. The car was being driven at the posted 70mph speed limit, but started to decelerate when power was lost. This happened on 07/08/19. Today, 07/11/19 we had to jump the car and the turn signals no longer do the little "click" noise, and the dash screen/backup camera won't come on, although the radio still somehow works. Also on lunch break today, car was dead, key wouldn't come out of the ignition till the car was jump started. As this seems to be a major issue with the car, why hasn't it been recalled? |
