Description of the problem | Key recall- since the key recall has been done about 3 weeks ago the last week we have been having issues with the car just dying in the middle of the road. It loses all power and shuts itself off. I have contacted onstar and had them do a diagnosis and they couldn't find anything. This is a huge safety issue. It almost completely died in rush hour traffic on the freeway. Thank goodness that i was not on a busy street when it did die completely. I lost all power steering, and all it would do is coast. I did have the key recall done on my car and apparently it is more than just the key that is the issue. This makes me scared to drive my vehicle on a freeway. I don't know when it will die and hopefully not cause a huge accident. |
