Description of the problem | I was at a stop sign waiting for a break to enter the flow of traffic . Traffic was heavy and not moving for a second or more and a vehicle that had stopped motioned for me to enter the road in front of him , a right turn, and at that moment i applied pressure to the accelerator and realized with no notice that the camaro engine was no longer running, and i waived the courteous driver on. When i looked closely at the ignition with the switchblade swinging on the key wring and realized what had happened i broke out in a cold sweat! The ignition has the equivalent of a hair trigger. If i had entered traffic with the power this vehicle delivers with the switchblade swinging to the right the camaro would have cut off leaving me and anyone near me in possible danger. |
