Description of the problem | My convertible top on my 2014 chevy camaro leaked water in the rear passenger side. Gm said the passenger side door panel splash guard glue came off and the passenger side grommet was installed incorrectly. The service assistant said this "happens all the time with the camaro convertibles". I would like the nhtsa to consider a recall for these issues and would like to request the number of reported similar problems that the nhtsa has received with regards to the same body style of chevy camaro convertibles. Also gm refused to inspect for mold and never cleaned or replaced the carpet following the nonconforming condition. I believe this present a substantial danger to my family's safety and anyone else who rides in the vehicle. I live in alabama where mold grows profusely, which only serves to amplify the danger. |
