Description of the problem | While driving on the interstate heading home, the vehicle stopped. Luckily i was able to coast to the side. I was told it was the ignition coils and that there was an open recall on the vehicle for this issue. I had the vehicle towed to a chevrolet dealership. They fixed the problem so i thought. Now, on october 28, 2013 with my 4 year old son in the car the vehicle stopped in the middle of the street. I had the vehicle towed to the same dealership. This time i was told it was my fuel pump, however upon picking up the vehicle, there is a loud knocking noise coming from the engine and is serious shaking. These things are very similar to the issue with the ignition coils. Luckily traffic was not too bad when the car stopped on both the interstate and with my son, things could have been really bad. |
