Description of the problem	I had an issue with the clutch wearing out, at this low of a mileage i assumed that it was covered under warranty. I made an appointment with pape chevrolet in south portland maine, and they told me to bring it in to take a look at it. As i was driving it there to drop it off, the clutch gave out in the middle of an intersection and made a loud cracking or dropping noise. I wasn't able to drive it thereafter, and had to use aaa to tow it to pape. Today i go there and they say that the clutch is a wear item and isn't covered, they also state that the case was cracked and leaking fluid. I asked for a what was covered on the warranty and they became very defensive and said that they couldn't provide me with that and to just look at my manual, they then told me that they wouldn't work on the car and to take it somewhere else. So now it sits at their lot.
