Description of the problem | We have a 2006 chevy aveo. It has a problem in the rear end, we were told it was a failure of the rear axle bearings and it allows the rear axle to move about one inch from left back to right, around corners and across bumps. We were told by our mechanic it would be over 800 dollars to fix, which we do not have. In addition, our mechanic stated this is a problem that should have initiated a massive recall. I cannot afford another car right now and am afraid that it will cause me to wreck. |
