Description of the problem | Dt: went to enterprise rent-a-car, and rented a 2005 chevrolet aveo. Vehicle was parked at a store. The consumer tried to back out of the parking space, and the car would not go into reverse. It seemed to just lock. The consumer had to use her strength to push it into reverse. Then, took vehicle home, parked it, and tried it later. It did the same thing. The consumer refused to drive it. *ak *nm |
