Description of the problem | Dash board cracked near stealing column while vehicle was stationary. Went online and found this is a common issue with 07-13 gm trucks and suvs. This could end up as a safety issue because if the dash cracks more while driving pieces could fly up and hit driver causing an accident. This really needs to be looked at and gm needs to recall these dash boards. Poor design. There is no support in the middle of the dash. The only support is on either end of the windshield vents. |
