Description of the problem | Takata recall after getting 2nd airbag recall notice saying to contact dealership to set up an appointment to have airbag replaced at no charge the dealership tells me that gm is not doing replacements. My 1st notice came in july 2016 stating telling of the recall but stating not to contact the dealership that i would hear from them later. My next notice came from takata today ( 10/24/2017 ) telling me to contact the dealership and set up the appointment to have the airbags replaced @ no charge to me but i was told gm has not given them approval for the replacement because they do not have replacements, so what do i do now. |
