Description of the problem | New 2004 chevrolet avalanche purchased 08/14/04. On 09/24/04, vehicle stopped on freeway. Towed to dealership purchased from, winter chevrolet in pittsburgh, ca. Kept for 11 days without information given verbally or in the mail. Continue to have problems. Truck again stopped on freeway on 12/27/04. Re-started after turning off and waiting a couple minutes. Taking back in tomorrow. Sales department will not return call regarding trade or return of down. Simply patch up the new vehicle and send me out again awaiting next problem. *jb |
