Description of the problem | 2004 chevy avalanche sir light (service airbag) remains on constantly after several attempts to repair at chevy dealer. When the service airbag light is on, the airbag system will not deploy airbags if involved in an accident. No death or injury yet and hopefully will not be in an accident while driving back and forth to the dealer over and over again. But how much money and time should you spend on something that is out of your control but could cost you your life if an event occurs that you need the airbag to deploy. Tw* |
