Description of the problem | I have noticed for the past 3 months of the 3 years i have owned the 2015 cadillac srx that the low beam head lamps are to dim to drive at night. This is a serve safety issue. The headlamps throw now recognizable light on the road. The lights are on and have no directional issues. Calls to multiple gm dealerships and the gm customer service were met with the response of no knowledge of any issues or like complaints. My vehicle showed now evidence of plastic lens degradation, nor yellowing, nor condensation. Multiple forums report the problem with no solution. |
