Description of the problem	My headlights are seriously dim and the vehicle is not safe to drive at night. I have almost hit a person crossing a street that under normal lighting i would have seen. This issue is known by gm but they wont recall. You can change bulbs but it doesnt help. It takes replacing the entire assembly with after market parts because gm parts are faulty. This is extremely costly and requires the front end of the car be disassembled. They wint even cover under warranty / extended warranty
