Description of the problem	The vehicle is dangerous to drive at night due to incredibly dim headlights that have become progressively dimmer overtime. Visibility at night is the equivalent of driving with parking lights on. Traveling on roads with higher speeds increases the risk as it's impossible not to overdrive your headlights. If it is raining at night, visibility is reduced to almost zero. After much research, it appears to be an ongoing problem for many owners of this make/model/yr.
