Description of the problem	The low beam headlights have low output and the car is not safe to drive at night. The problem is amplified in wet conditions. On roads with no street lights it is hard to see painted lines. On coming drivers have flashed their headlights at me indicating they do not think i have my lights on properly. This is an ongoing issue.
