Description of the problem | My certified 2015 cadillac srx left the dealership as an unsafe vehicle! The headlights (or lack thereof) are barely visible at night or in the rain. While using the headlights, there is not much difference when the switch is off or when it is on. This has led to several "close calls' while driving. In researching this problem, it appears there are tens of thousands of 2010-15 srx's that have unsafe headlights. But yet, no recall. I am wondering how many more complaints it will take? Then to add the two lawsuits, and still nothing except for a half-hearted letter from cadillac "offering" to reimburse the out-of-pocket expense to fix the problem. In review, i purchased my first cadillac, expecting a top of the line vehicle. In return, i now have a vehicle that i can only drive during daylight hours and sunny weather. |
