Description of the problem	The headlamp lighting on this vehicle is totally inadequate. When driving at night it is necessary to leave the lights on bright constantly; when on dim the lighting is absolutely not sufficient to provide safety. We have had to completely stop driving this car at night due to this situation. This issue is compounded when attempting to drive in the rain, even a light rain. We have more than once had to pull off the road and wait for better conditionse starting up again. This is not acceptable performance in a modern vehicle. I have reported this both to the dealer and cadillac and have not been given an appropriate solution. If i replace the entire system it will be replaced with an identical one.
